Returns and Refunds

All returned items must be new, unused, and with all original designer garment tags attached.
Shoes must be returned in their original boxes.
Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

You can purchase in confidence and send the items back to us if they are not right for you within 7 days of the delivery date. If you would like to initiate a return, please email us at customercare@lilumilano.com. Returns will incur a fee of USD 25 per item.

Returns must use the label(s) provided and arrive at our location within 14 days from the date the parcel is received. Items received after this period are accepted only at the discretion of Lilumilano. Please note that orders can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of making a purchase provided that the item/s have not shipped. Any cancellations initiated after the 24 hours have expired will incur a USD 25 cancellation fee and any order that contains items that have been shipped may not be canceled.

Shipping

All orders will be processed in US Dollars.

Currently, we ship within United States of America. Orders are expected to reach customers 3-7 business days after confirmation.

Please note, shipping times are based on the time from collection and are intended to be indicative only. Lilumilano cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in clearing customs, payment approval and other such matters.

Please be advised, we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses of any kind as the couriers we use require a signature to confirm delivery.

If you refuse a shipment from Lilumilano or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Lilumilano. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Orders are shipped via our preferred express couriers: Fedex.

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. Following that, you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your parcel. You can insert the tracking number supplied into FedEx’s website. You will also receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order, even if you do not have an account with us.  Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.
